At Arluna (commercially operated by FF COMMERCE LTD), your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations in full accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

1. Return Window & Conditions

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in their original condition, except where necessary for inspection.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all enclosed accessories, labels, and tags.
• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

2. Return Method & Shipping Costs

Returns are accepted only via postal shipping.

• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind).
• Defective / Damaged Items: Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items qualify for full reimbursement of return shipping costs (or a prepaid label).

3. Exchanges, Address Updates & Order Cutoff

Exchanges & Order Modifications: We accept order modifications and exchanges. We have a daily order processing cutoff time of 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@arlunafashion.com. We will make every effort to update your information, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed after cutoff.

4. Refunds & Processing Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
• You will receive an automated confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
• Statement posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or deduction for loss of value may be applied where permitted by law.

5. Shipping Information & Undeliverable Packages

Fulfillment & Shipping: We ship directly from our international fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices. Estimated delivery times are typically 5–12 business days after order processing.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect customer-provided address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a local pickup point, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for return and reshipment. We are not responsible for delays or damage that occur during return transit.
